Quite nice experience at BEST WESTERN Plus Hotel Goldener Adler Innsbruck. We are going to repeat. The breakfast was outstanding and our stay was magnificent.

Wonderful place, anything is within walking distance. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak good English. You can find activities each night time and it´s a good way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s pretty minor. Great quality for the price!

I have stayed for 2 nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was normally clean. The personnel were incredibly helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Great location, every little thing is close by. Employees are tremendous welcoming and useful and talk great English.
